One of the ways that Barclays aims to become the ‘Go-To’ bank is by pursuing digital and technology strategies that enable it to operate in the most efficient and effective manner for particular benefit of its 48 million customers worldwide. Before joining Barclays in 2015, Michael was legal counsel for PwC and subsequently for many years was legal counsel for IBM’s outsourcing and consulting businesses and led privacy negotiations with customers in all global services agreements.
