They will be joined by Jacob Weiner\, Head of Strategic Business Development at Harvey. \n \nGenerative AI is transforming the way we work and opening up new possibilities for all industries. This often means that Legal Teams have become pivotal to assessing the risks and opportunities of AI. \nAnna’s and Ash’s panel will delve into the legal nuts and bolts of AI-centered transactions\, with a focus on venture capital financings as well as mergers and acquisitions. Whether a company is developing proprietary AI technology or only using licensed AI tools in its business\, investors\, and acquirers are focused on policies and practices surrounding AI.
