This panel will present views from Department of Justice lawyers on the front lines of implementing the new Civil Cyber-Fraud Initiative; a representative from the OIG community working on the initiative; a member of the relator’s bar; and the former DOJ senior official dedicated to cyber issues.  In December, there will be a panel discussion providing perspectives on the initiative from in-house and outside defense counsel.
